Lucy Pike is an outstanding lead nurse, known for her reliability, empathy, and unwavering commitment to patient care.
After spending 15 years in retail and advancing to the position of store team manager, Lucy decided to follow her passion for helping and caring for others by transitioning into dental nursing. Her extensive experience in management has equipped her with exceptional organisational skills and a deep understanding of teamwork, which she brings to her current role. Lucy’s enthusiasm for dental care, combined with her supportive nature, makes her an invaluable member of our team.
Outside of work, Lucy enjoys ultra trail and mountain running, obstacle course racing (OCR), and spending quality time with her golden retriever, Pongo, and her husband. Her active lifestyle reflects her energetic and determined personality. These hobbies, along with her love for the outdoors, provide her with the balance and resilience needed to excel in her demanding role as a lead nurse.
Lucy is motivated by the opportunity to support patients throughout their dental journey, especially those who are nervous or worried about treatments. She believes in putting patients’ interests first, listening to their concerns, and respecting their cultures and values. By being honest and acting with integrity, Lucy gains the confidence and trust of her patients.
