Sharon Mackay

Starting her career at the age of 20, she quickly advanced to a Team Leader position in her first job. Over the years, Sharon honed her skills at various companies, including Williamson Wholesales and Highland Industrial Supplies, where she gained valuable experience that now informs her leadership and organisational abilities.

Sharon is motivated by her desire to be a strong team leader and to provide exceptional support to her colleagues and patients. Her personal values of reliability, punctuality, and taking charge enable her to effectively guide her team, ensuring that patients receive the highest standard of care. Sharon’s leadership fosters an environment where patients feel welcomed and confident in returning to the practice.

Outside of work, Sharon enjoys swimming, walking, and spending quality time with her family. What she enjoys most about her job is the opportunity to make a positive impact on patients’ experiences, supporting her team, and serving as a role model.
